Here is our Story
The C-Magic story began in 2005 with out
first outing to the National NCRS meet in
Orlando,
Florida in January, 2005. Through
our efforts there, we still retain several customers from that
very first outing (look in our testimonials section for their
comments). Of course, we didn’t just start there, we literally
began our organizational, research, formulation testing and
marketing plans roughly 3 years prior.
In March of 2005, we offered product
samples to the National Corvette Museum
for review. Initially, Gary Cockrell, Manager of PDI, simply
indicated that he received products regularly from every company
in the industry to review and really wasn’t interested. Ours, he
felt, were no different and therefore would not be tested.
Rejected in our attempt, we would not have had them reviewed
except that the Museum PDI ran out of product. Sheer luck or
misfortune – depending on one’s point of view!
Nevertheless,
upon testing C-Magic’s product, we received a call for 5 gallons
of everything we made. This story continues today with C-Magic’s
product being used for every R8C delivery made by National Corvette
Museum. Quickly, we
engaged in a marketing arrangement to become GM Licensed and
providing products carrying the branded GM logo. We declined to
continue that arrangement and our official association with GM
Marketing, through EMI, ended in 2009.
About this time we became engaged with
Coachworks of Gainesville, Tx, a national and internationally
known restorer of Ferrari’s. That has proven to present us as
supplier to many Ferrari users throughout the US, Mexico
and Europe. We have the
pleasure of several customer vehicles being presented at
Pebble
Beach annually. That
experience has translated to the Rolls-Royce family and we now
appreciate their acceptance as well.
Although our following actually began with
Corvettes, then Ferrari’s and Rolls-Royce’s, we have been
graciously accepted and used on everything from trucks to
Saturday night cruisers, boats, airplanes, farm implements and
motor homes! You’ll find our customers at the Friday night
drive-in, Corvette shows, and classic car events everywhere.
Our tremendous ease of application and long
lasting shine is simply a surprise to everyone who tries our
product. We have relied on our polymer formulas, shunned organic
bases such as carnauba, and our customers praise the ease of
application, shine depth and longevity immediately.
Our goal is to continue our uniqueness,
offer only product that truly is market leading and not have the
customer purchase duplicate or unnecessary items whenever one
item suffices.
We rarely invest in advertising, unlike the
competition, since our belief is founded in the fact that
“customers’ telling others, is the best advertising any company
can achieve!” Get on board, try our products and become one of
those that tells others. Ask around and you’ll find out for
yourself. You will not be disappointed! And one other thing, you
will not find us on retail shelves, doing marketing branding
with others to increase both companies revenues, national
advertising, or adding to your product purchase price. Our
efforts are to provide the finest product possible directly to
